EleganskyBrain Master ("the Application") is a private, internal-use software tool. It is not licensed, sold, sublicensed, distributed, or otherwise made available to any third party. The only authorised user is the operator, Frank Mlaki, and any personnel of EleganskyBrain explicitly designated by the operator.
The Application is operated solely by the licensor for the licensor's own business purposes. No license is granted to any external party by this document.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online owned by EleganskyBrain via the Intuit Developer API under OAuth 2.0. Use of the Intuit API is subject to Intuit's own Developer Terms, available at developer.intuit.com.
Because the Application is internal-only, the following are prohibited by design and by policy:
The Application is provided to its operator on an "as is" basis. No express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement are made.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
The operator may terminate use of the Application at any time by disconnecting it from QuickBooks Online, after which any OAuth tokens issued become invalid.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
